Forming a Team

First and foremost: You don't have to have any Dragon Boat experience to be a Team Captain.  Anyone who would like to Captain a team can do so - All it takes is good communication and organizational skills.  You will be the one who picks the practice dates and keeps the team organized.  We will do the teaching and coaching so you all learn to paddle and get ready to race.

When race day comes around, you will know you have brought together a group that will have the time of their lives, and might take home some hardware along the way.
